Reflecting on a transformative experience, I embarked on teaching art to others and within three months, without personal promotion, saw my student numbers grow from one to seven—scope expanded to include areas such as mathematics, science, and TOEFL. Customer-centric approaches have been at the core of my development, allowing me to cultivate habits of effective communication and needs assessment.
